MAD WORD believes in the work we publish. Every digital product sold through madword.store is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you purchase a MAD WORD product and find it does not deliver what you expected, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked.
Who this applies to.
This refund policy covers all digital products sold through madword.store, including The Ark Framework. It applies to one-time purchases made on or after the date listed above.
How to request a refund.
Send an email to madword4amadworld@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Include the following:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order number, visible on your purchase receipt
- A brief note confirming the refund is requested
You do not need to justify the request. You do not need to fill out a form. A single sentence is enough.
Processing your refund.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your request. The refund is returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Access to digital products after refund.
Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. When a refund is issued, the buyer agrees to delete any downloaded files and discontinue use of the product. Continued use of MAD WORD digital products after a refund has been granted is a violation of this agreement and may be addressed under applicable Canadian copyright law.
Exceptions.
The 14-day guarantee does not apply to:
- Purchases made more than 14 days before the refund request
- Products purchased through third-party retailers; this policy covers only direct purchases from madword.store
- Any product expressly marked as final sale at the time of purchase
Governing law.
This refund policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising from or related to this policy will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ontario.
